What is Signal Hunter?
Signal Hunter is a B2B intelligence platform that detects US companies showing hiring-acceleration and fresh-funding signals. We package these into verified, vertical-specific opportunity reports sold to US staffing and recruiting agencies.
Where do your signals come from?
We monitor three primary public data sources: SEC EDGAR Form D filings (private capital raises), news and RSS feeds (funding announcements, leadership hires), and company career pages (job posting growth). Every signal includes an evidence URL and a reliability score.
How are signals scored?
Each company receives a composite signal score from +20 to −10. The strongest signal — Form D filing combined with a rising job count — earns +20. Form D alone is +15, a job-count surge (>50% in 14 days) is +15, and new funding announcements add +10. Scores decay over time so the data always reflects recent momentum.
What verticals do you cover?
We currently cover three verticals: IT staffing, finance staffing, and sales recruiting. Each report is filtered to companies relevant to your specific staffing vertical.
How fresh is the data?
Our pipeline runs daily sweeps. Form D filings appear within 24 hours of SEC publication. News signals are captured from RSS feeds throughout the day. Job counts are checked against career pages on every sweep. The landing page and /api/stats endpoint reflect the most recent sweep.
What does a report include?
Each opportunity report contains the company name, signal score, signal breakdown (Form D, funding, jobs), funding stage, employee count, vertical classification, and a recommended outreach angle. Reports are delivered as JSON and via email.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable, but you keep access for full 12-month period. Contact [email protected] to cancel.
